New Board Elected
Delaware Pointe welcomed a new HOA Board on May 1, 2024. Three new board members (president, secretary, and treasurer) were voted in by the community, as required by the Bylaws, in April. Following their installation, additional voting members (vice president and architectural lead) were brought on to round out the board.
